SameSystem is a prominent Danish B2B SaaS company and a market leader in retail workforce solutions, providing tools for efficient workforce planning, automated payroll, and advanced analytics. Our engagement was a multi-faceted approach to address their core infrastructure needs, encompassing custom solution development for access control, setup of a scalable analytics platform, and proactive security hardening.

The project involved developing a custom solution to automate access requests and approvals, strengthening their processes for compliance. We also set up a robust analytics platform scaled to handle multi-million daily requests, providing full request traces and high visibility to aid developers. Additionally, we performed critical hardening, including full disk encryption for their Proxmox VE environment, and provided ongoing maintenance for their Elasticsearch cluster, which handles up to half a terabyte of daily events.
